Role of Home Group Leader:

Home Group Leaders (HGL) are responsible for providing their groups with vision, direction, and support. The health and growth of each Home Group will in many ways reflect the health and growth of the Home Group Leader. • Recognize the Bible as the authority for their lives.

  • Have Home Group experience (preferably).

  • Be a member or open to becoming a member of LaPorte Assembly.

  • Have the time, emotional capacity, and moral discernment to lead a group.

Expectations of a Home Group Leader:

  • Commit to ongoing communication with The Home Groups Director.

  • Commit to engage in leadership development opportunities provided by the church.

  • Identify and develop a qualified apprentice.
