La Porte has always been home to Pastor Ken Grace. Leaving for about ten years for college and his first ministry position, Ken was honored when God called him back home. Since 1996, Pastor Ken and his wife, Heidi, have served as worship pastors and used their passion for music to lead churches into the presence of God. Ken and Heidi joined the La Porte Assembly team in 2001 as worship leaders, and at that time added "Youth Pastors" to their title, as well as local business owner to La Porte’s Roxy Music.
Pastor Ken is known to the youth of La Porte as "PK". He has led teens and preteens with passion and purpose since 2001. His vision is to fill up all the Bible-believing churches of our city with youth who are seeking hope and truth by creating relationships with students inside and outside the church walls.
PK and Heidi met at North Central Bible College in 1993 where they both studied music. After graduating college, Ken and Heidi served in St. Paul, MN for 5 years as music pastors before moving to La Porte. Ken and Heidi have three amazing kids, Tyler, Dylan, and Lauren.
Ken and Heidi Grace are passionate about both the Youth of LaPorte and leading people into the presence of God through worship. Their vision is to fill up all the Bible-believing churches of our city with youth who are seeking hope and truth.
