Next Gen Ministries – La Porte Assembly

For Students Grades 5–6, Grades 7–12, and Young Adults Ages 18–25

We know the years after elementary school are some of the most exciting, confusing, and important in life. You’re figuring out who you are, what you believe, and how God fits into it all. Next Gen Ministries is where students can ask real questions, find real answers, and experience the love of God—whether they’ve been following Jesus for years or are still exploring faith.

Thursday Nights at Next Gen

📅 Every Thursday | ⏰ 6:00–7:45 PM | 🚪 Doors open at 5:45 PM

All Next Gen students begin the night together in the sanctuary for vibrant, Spirit-led worship. After worship, we break into age-specific groups for dinner, games, Bible study, and small group discussions.

Loop 56 – Grades 5–6

Start your night with worship, then eat dinner together! Afterward, spend time learning God’s Word and discovering how it applies to your life in real and practical ways.

365 Student Ministries – Grades 7–12

Enjoy high-energy games, relevant teaching, and honest small group conversations. The music is loud, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the night is full of opportunities to connect with God and with friends your age.

Post High School Group – Ages 18–25

Dive into verse-by-verse Bible study, connect with other young adults, and join in fun outings like pickleball, mini golf, and more.

What to Expect as a New Student

We know stepping into a new place can be intimidating—especially a new church. That’s why we work hard to make every student feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Our team is trained, background-checked, and committed to keeping students safe while they’re here.

Come as you are—no pressure, no perfect people—just students learning to follow Jesus together.

Join us this Thursday at 6:00 PM!
You might just discover that Thursday nights with Next Gen Ministries are the best part of your week.
