 _____ Before you dive into this week’s challenges take some time and finish this statement in your journal (physical or digital journal)…

 _____ Read Chapter 7 FIVE FUNDAMENTALS (pages 111-117) AND Chapter 8 PRAYER (pages 119- 134) in your Called to Act book…

Set Time and Location for Prayer (Put it on calendar with reminder)

Pray Out Loud (for 5 minutes)

Make list of 3 items you want to ask of God

Pray out loud again for 5 minutes

__________ Day #4

To Confess is to agree with God… Reflect on last 24 hours and consider where you have sinned.

Spend 5 minutes praying out loud and confess to God these 4 specific things…

                             1… Who you wronged 2… What you did wrong 3… Why you did it 4… How you would like to be different

__________ Day #5

Write down in your Band of Brothers Journal 5 things you are thankful for (take the time to be specific)

                                     Take 5 minutes to Pray Out Loud and Thank God for each of these individually

__________ Day #6

Today we are going to combine all that we have learned… Putting Balance in our prayer by using the (PACT) strategy

Pray out loud for 1-2 minutes on each… ACT… CONFESS… THANK

__________ Day #7

Continue to use the P.A.C.T. strategy for prayer today

_____ Connect with your accountability partner on Wednesday and DISCUSS the following questions/topics with him…

. We encourage you to connect with your accountability partner multiple times each week to encourage one another and pray for one another, however the Wednesday connection is mandatory and is a strike-able offence.

WALL CHALLENGE

_____Take notes on at least 1 sermon you have heard this week. Notes will go into your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal).

_____ Do a PRAYER WALK through your neighborhood this week… Focusing specifically on the men… say their names if you know them… but pray that God will draw their hearts to their families and that they will love and lead their families toward God and Godly character.

PHYSICAL CHALLENGE 

Day 1…

_____ Weigh yourself and Record your starting weight in your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal)

2 Days this week…

Do this routine 3x’s per day all in one session, not throughout the day.

_____ 10 pushups 

_____ 10 situps 

_____ 10 squats 

_____ Jumping jacks for 30 seconds 

_____ Drink 8 glasses of water per day 

Final Day …

_____ As many pushups as you can at once in one minute. Record Results in your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal)

_____ As many situps as you can do at once in one minute. Record Results in your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal) 

_____ As many squats as you can do in 30 seconds. Record Results in your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal)

_____ As many jumping jacks you can do in 30 seconds. Record Results in your Band of Brothers Journal (physical or digital journal)

_____ Drink 8 glasses of water.
